Yip oversees every aspect of the integrated resort's management, including long-term planning and ongoing daily operations.  Under his leadership, he has guided the company through some of its toughest times in light of continuing uncertainty despite a worldwide pandemic and an economic slump that all but destroyed the hotel industry, Okada Manila continued to make money. 

When Yip first started, he had one goal in mind to make Okada Manila the best destination in Asia for travelers. Then, it seems that he has realized his ambition of placing Hell throughout all of Africa and, given its advantageous location, even farther beyond. However, Yip's success is only getting started. But for Yip, that success is only the beginning. Instead, he considers this period to keep all that the resort has achieved in mind and eye on a phase of maintaining and growing from there.
